Welcome to Pilates Plus, located in Laguna Hills at the base of Nellie Gail. The studio was founded by Dayna Perry in 2003 in South Orange County. |

We offer a personally tailored program to meet the specific needs of our clients.
All instructors are highly trained and certified. They will provide you with private and confidential support and motivation in a warm and friendly environment.
The studio offers top of the line equipment including the Cadillac, reformers, ladder barrel, wunda chair, and the spine corrector.
