We offer private, semi-private and group reformer classes.
Group reformer classes are using the reformer in a class setting.
Pole pilates, mat reformer classes, personal training, functional training and yoga are also available.

All sessions are 55 minutes in length.

All series classes must be used within 4 months of purchase, or any unused classed will be forfeited.
Sessions must be cancelled 24 hours in advance or you will be charged full price.
